First Class, Parcel Post, and Priority Mail...
All GHF merchandise shipping is done through USPS by either First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail depending on weight and contents. Specially requested overnight packages will be sent via UPS.

UPS Overnight or UPS Second Day Air...
QBHQ and the GHF do not normally provide these services, but we will upon request for special circumstances. Please call QBHQ at (951) 742-7900 if you require items for a meeting, initiation, or funeral.

Packing...

We will pack your items to the best of our ability and ship them in bubble mailers. Paper items such as wall certificates are shipped in protective hard envelopes to prevent creasing. Pins are shipped in coin envelopes inside bubble mailers to prevent the pins from being bent or lost during shipping.

Returns Policy for Goodfellows...

If you don't want it... You may return any item you have purchased within 30 days as long as it is in a condition that qualifies it as 'new' for reselling. For example, writing on a calendar would disqualify a refund. If an item had to be customized to be shipped to you, such as a Roots Certificate, the item may not be returned.

If the item is defective... If the item you received was defective, contains an error, or is not as advertised, you may return the item within 30 days. 

What to do... If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
