One night in 1938, members of the LAX Hangar descended on a Western barroom movie set "borrowed" by Academy Award-winning Producer QB Jerry Fairbanks (1535A, LAX) for a night. There, they filmed a humorous and off-color movie loosely based on the Robert Service poem, "The Shooting of Dan McGrew." Many QB appear, suitably attired in "borrowed" costumes.
This DVD shows the film itself, as well as a detailed look at many of the Quiet Birdmen actors in the film.
